Shipping & Returns
Our motors ship in custom heavy-duty boxes, free of charge, to anywhere in the continental U.S. Most of our motors arrive within 3 to 5 business days after placing your order. We offer expedited shipping, but additional fees will apply.
If a motor needs to be returned, please notify us by phone or email within 30 days of receival. Customers must provide the original receipt. All items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Returned motors cannot be previously run and must be returned in new and unused condition with original hydraulic caps and fittings. If a motor has taken any form of damage from shipping, customers must contact us and file a claim with the delivery service. Items that are returned in new and unused condition will result in a refund issued to the customer upon receipt and successful inspection to verify the motor is in new and unused condition, at Precision Final Drives sole discretion. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are undamaged and not being exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Precision Final Drives is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
